10bet Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 10bet ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 10bet website and all associated services, games, betting markets and promotions available at 10bet-bangla.com.

By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet on 10bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. 10bet is designed exclusively for use by residents of Pakistan who are 18 years of age or older.

10bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users where possible.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document.

To open an account on 10bet you must meet all of the following conditions without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan at the time of registration and during active use of the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and CNIC number.
• You must be the legal owner of all payment methods used to deposit on your 10bet account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a 10bet employee.

10bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including CNIC copy, proof of address and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Never share your password with anyone. 10bet will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

All financial transactions on 10bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by 10bet. Transaction charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of payment processing delays, please allow up to 2 hours before contacting support. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically instant.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted. Payment to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets typically completes within minutes of processing. Bank IBFT transfers are subject to interbank clearing times. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts and payment methods registered in your own name.

• Withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction may require KYC document submission.
• 10bet reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending account verification or fraud investigation.
• Chargeback requests against 10bet deposits will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Funds deposited on 10bet may not be used for any purpose other than betting on the platform.

Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All bets placed on 10bet are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when 10bet has confirmed it and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation do not constitute an accepted wager. 10bet may decline to accept any bet without being required to provide a reason.

Odds & Prices: Odds displayed on 10bet are updated in real time. The odds at the time a bet is submitted may differ from the odds at the time it is confirmed due to market movement. In most cases the bet will be confirmed at the submitted odds. In the event of a significant market error, 10bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

• Minimum stake per bet: Rs 50. Maximum stake per bet: determined by individual market limits displayed at time of placing.
• Parlays (accumulators) combining multiple selections are settled based on the combined result of all legs. One void leg does not void the entire parlay unless specified in market rules.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets are voided and stakes returned unless 10bet's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Results are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies. 10bet's decision on disputed results is final.

10bet offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, referral rewards and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus bets expire if the requirement is not completed in time.
• Bonus funds are used first when both real money and bonus funds are present in a wallet, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from qualifying bets made with bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements.
• 10bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions already claimed and in progress are honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming.

Referral Programme: The 10bet Refer a Friend programme awards PKR rewards when a referred user registers through your unique link and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards carry no wagering requirements and are credited as real money. Self-referrals, referrals to previously registered users and any attempt to manipulate the programme disqualify all related accounts. Full referral terms are on the Refer a Friend page.

10bet is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent and enjoyable environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets, gain information advantages or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software glitches, calculation errors or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profits. Such bets will be voided.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any form of match fixing, information fraud or use of insider knowledge.
• Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to mask your true location or identity.

10bet employs fraud detection systems that monitor unusual betting patterns, stake escalation and multi-account activity. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances including real money deposits may be withheld pending investigation. 10bet will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in all cases involving fraud or criminal activity.

10bet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment only and is not a source of income. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that no betting strategy guarantees a profit.

The following tools are available to all 10bet account holders and can be activated at any time from account settings without requiring support intervention.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after set periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your account. 10bet will not reverse a self-exclusion request from a user who identifies as a problem gambler.

10bet will not market to or re-activate the accounts of users who have self-excluded. If you believe you have received marketing communications in error following a self-exclusion, please contact support immediately.

10bet may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons, without being required to give advance notice in cases involving fraud, abuse or security threats.

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Multiple account creation or any attempt to circumvent a previous suspension.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, match fixing or use of prohibited software.
• Chargeback requests against deposits.
• At the user's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification completion. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress are not returned on account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at support@10bet-bangla.com. Active bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and any resultant real money winnings will be credited and paid out.

10bet collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, CNIC, mobile number, email address, payment details and betting/gaming activity records. This data is used for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and regulatory compliance.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share data with payment processors, KYC verification services and law enforcement where legally required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations.
• Data is stored on secure servers with encryption and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10bet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including gambling losses, connectivity failures, payment processing delays or any technical faults outside our reasonable control.

10bet's total liability to any individual user in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident in question, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. 10bet will not be liable for bets that could not be placed or withdrawn during such periods, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 10bet shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes which cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 10bet support and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Most complaints and queries are resolved within 48 hours through our standard support channels.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a support escalation, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to support@10bet-bangla.com with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a final response within 14 business days.

10bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. For significant changes affecting user rights or obligations, we will send a notification to your registered email address where possible.

If you disagree with any amendment, you are entitled to close your account and withdraw your real money balance before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of 10bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
